Zisser Earns Top Nod from Division

Congratulations to Seth Zisser, AGS Engineer extraordinaire and Ground Based Space Surveillance Systems Alpha Award Winner! In December, Seth was selected by the Division Chief from a pool of top candidates for his work in Drawings/Documents, Safety, and Risk Management on the Space Surveillance Telescope program.
