Top Performers Recognized in Georgia and Ohio

AGS congratulates Mitchell Oliver, a Technical Data Engineer on our Warner Robins, GA team, on his recent Ascender Award. Mitch has been an integral part of our B-1 Technical Order Conversion team since July 2020. This year, he has successfully completed quality reviews of 45 publications and documented more than 150 discrepancies. Additionally, he led the training of new B-1 team members and stepped in as Project Lead, ensuring a publication suspense was never missed. In addition to his work on the B-1 program, Mitch supports the RSAF F-15 Comparative Analysis Team, and has completed over 1300 pages of analysis, identifying critical issues. Mitch’s dedication and willingness to go above and beyond has ensured that our customers receive quality products. Outstanding job, Mitch!

Further kudos are extended to Brian Peters, AGS Task Lead and Senior Program Manager in Dayton, OH. Brian was recently recognized by his customer and our prime contractor for his scheduling contributions, in which he “singlehandedly identified a major configuration and fleet management issue for ACC that would have halted HC-130J operations at 4 ACC bases for 4 months. His early identification and planning have put ACC in a position to completely avoid the issue.” Congratulations, Brian, and thank you for your unfailing customer support. We are proud to have you represent AGS in Ohio!
