Piggott, Batterson Recognized for Outstanding Work

AGS Warner Robins team members Samantha Piggott and David Batterson recently received Ascender Awards from Task Lead Steve Johnson for their outstanding contributions to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Comparative Analysis Team (CAT), supporting AGS customer S&K Logistics Services.

Samantha has been instrumental in providing exceptional research while supporting the RSAF sustainment integration team, readily developing new or modifying existing processes to enhance the team’s expertise and capabilities. She is quick to point out inconsistencies within the RSAF and USAF maintenance manuals and her actions have resulted in several Technical Corrections that prevented possible damage to RSAF F-15 aircraft. In one month alone, she performed 8 Comparative Analysis reviews consisting of 1078 pages; identifying fourteen major, 442 minor, and 111 illustration deficiencies. Samantha has become an expert in the most current training plan, processes, and additional Adobe DC features that assist with the identification of deficiencies, ensuring CAT technicians have all the tools needed for continued success. Samantha is a skilled technician who delivers exceptional customer service and quality products. She has also recently been named S&K employee of the month. Well deserved, Samantha!

David Batterson accepts his Ascender Award from Task Lead Steve Johnson

David has been an integral part of the CAT team as Technical Content Manager since April 2022. During this period, David has proven himself to be a top performer and has developed efficient ways to identify issues and provide additional support to his teammates while continuing to deliver high quality RSAF Technical Data deliverables.  David has a positive attitude and continually goes above and beyond in accomplishing day to day activities. Just this quarter alone, he completed a technical order consisting of over 1300 pages, generating 1952 corrections. He identified 4 critical safety issues, removed 8 unnecessary inspections, inserted 3 new inspections, and identified method of inspection updates on 74 inspection graphics. His willingness to go the extra mile has been commended by his teammates and his customer. We are fortunate to have David on the AGS team!
