OUR LEADERSHIP
SUSAN THIBODEAU
Co-Founder and President/CEO
Susan Thibodeau has over 30 years of in-depth Military and Contractor program management and logistics knowledge and experience. She is a proven executive leader, mentor and manager across the full spectrum of program management and acquisition logistics disciplines. She successfully supported the development and fielding of complex DoD weapon systems and delivered strategic analysis, resource planning and problem solving expertise on several multi-billion dollar programs.
Prior to founding AGS, Susan was a Vice President for an INC 500/5000 company. She was responsible for leading 240+ employees and managing contracts with the U.S. Air Force and MDA. Susan has extensive experience in proposal development and marketing and capture.
Susan served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and holds a M.A. Degree in Business from Wilmington College.

BERT ROGERS
Co-Founder and COO
Bert Rogers has 30 years of Government acquisition support experience gained through military, civilian and contractor positions. Bert is an accomplished, results-oriented leader and an expert in strategic planning and capture and proposal development in the DoD and Federal market space.
Prior to AGS, Bert was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning for an INC500/5000 consulting firm. He orchestrated corporate strategic planning activities and spear-headed business development efforts by creating market penetration and capture management strategies. He also led proposal development staff in planning, technical writing, Government compliance and pricing strategy. Bert previously led multiple complex consulting projects in support of the FAA, Department of Education, Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), Volpe National Transportation Systems Center and a Massachusetts-based Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC).
Bert served for seven years as a weapons system cost analyst in the U.S. Air Force upon his graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He holds a MBA from Western New England College.
