AGS President/CEO Susan Thibodeau provides direct support to the Upgraded Early Warning Radar program as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, Sue develops requests for proposals and subsequently serves as a technical evaluator on contractor responses.  She also provides senior leadership with earned value management and contract management expertise. As cited in the article below, the radar upgrades developed by this program will “focus on the processing equipment that builds information commanders and senior leaders use to make decisions and provide warning in case of attack, as well as support missile defense requirements for homeland defense.” These radars “serve as the United States’ first warning of sudden missile attack.”
